Study On Improving The Quality Of Industrial Statistical Data Above Scale In Lushunkou District Of Dalian City

Lushunkou District of Dalian City is a county with industry as the main area.In 2018,there are 112 industrial legal entities with industrial output value exceeding 100 million yuan,including 40 enterprises and 163 enterprises with industrial output value below the scale.In the secondary industry of Lushunkou District of Dalian City in 2017,the added value of industry reached 118.7 billion yuan,an increase of 10.5%,accounting for 46.3%of GDP,contributing 68.7%to economic growth and stimulating economic growth by 4.9 percentage points.Industry occupies half of the region's economy.Industry occupies half of the region's economy.Therefore,industrial statistics is very important for the economic statistics of Lushunkou District of Dalian City.Moreover,in the industrial statistics,all the problems encountered are common,so it is of some representative significance to discuss the industrial statistics of Lushunkou District,Dalian City.I used the method of combining theoretical research with applied research,and applied the theory of information asymmetry and new public service to study the industrial statistics of Lushunkou District in Dalian City.I found that some indicators were repeated statistics.Industrial indicators need to increase "tax payable".Statisticians at the grass-roots level change frequently.Enterprises do not actively report statistical reports.Statistical reports can not be logged in.Statistical Bureau staff must use UK and the number of UK is insufficient to process "one set of tables" data.For the problems in the industrial statistics of Lushunkou District of Dalian City proposed in the paper,the reasons are analyzed.The main reasons are that there are many kinds of statistical reports of industrial enterprises,the concurrent processing ability of the server of Liaoning edition "one set of tables" system is not strong,and the managers of enterprises do not attach importance to the statistical work.Statisticians at the grass-roots level receive low salaries.The corresponding suggestions are as follows:the economic indicators established should adapt to the current economic situation,simplify the index system of industrial statistical reports,improve the concurrent processing ability of a statistical set of tables server,and increase users'perception of the homepage of statistical pages.Establish electronic accounts of industrial enterprises,strengthen the audit of important indicators of industrial statistics,strengthen the enforcement of statistical law,establish a "big data" economic statistics system,increase subsidies for survey allowances for grass-roots statisticians,and strengthen statistical training.Through the above improvement measures,the quality of industrial statistics in Lushunkou District of Dalian City can be improved.
