Lean Production started in 1950s, and got mature in 1970s. It was accepted and popularized widely in1990s. Having advantages of manual operation and industrial production, as well as, conquering disadvantages of the both, Lean Production is considered to be a high-quality, low-cost and flexible production mode.Lean Production greatly influents the manufacture industry, and even human society. As early as 1979, Changchun first automobile manufactory introduced JIT with the core of "Kanban Management" from Japan. As the understanding of Lean production going deeply, some Chinese companies, such as Sichuan forth instrument factory, First Automobile Workshop, Second Automobile Works made some achievement when they performed Lean Production.However, most of the other companies or industries do not get the expect achievements when they implement Lean Production. To discuss the reason, first of all, the Lean concept is still limit to the range of universities, scientific research institutes and major companies, and has not spread to more types of units and middle and small-sized enterprises to make Lean theory combine with large-scale practice. Secondly, those companies only apply mechanically, but not find a proper way for themselves basing on their scales and development stages. In addition, some misunderstandings, such as equating JIT to Lean Production, believing Lean Production only apply to Auto Industry, should be clarified one by one.For now, there are many analyses about advantages and disadvantages of the performing Lean Production. However, there are few real cases of which focus on Auto industry and electricity industry. The relevant Lean Production researches and cases on small economy industry are so rare. Given this, this thesis discusses the Lean Production design and implement of A medical device manufacture enterprise in detail. A medical device manufacture enterprise works in Lean Production mode with 7S on site management, manufacture information technology and six sigma management as their three braces. This enterprise eliminates visible waste by 7S on site management; accurately find out hidden waste on time by manufacture information technology; and scientifically eliminate waste by six sigma management or industry engineer technology. Three braces support each other, and validate implementation effects mutually. They evaluate implementation effects of the project to make sure the achievement of Lean target.
