At present, the economic and social development is various in different regions in China, and it is also true to the issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area. This thesis is to solve the bottleneck problems of the land circulation mode on the basis of the characteristics and advantages of Ningxia, and the merits and experiences both at home and abroad, so as to formulate a reasonable land circulation system. Besides, it also plays an important role in the field of optimizing land resources in the rural area, speeding up economic growth, improving farmers’ income, and promoting new-type urbanization.It can be seen from the existing studies that the major research fields are always confined into such areas: factors, modes, and its system. Thus, few scholars have studies the land circulation problems in a certain province from the perspective of new-type urbanization. The thesis is to analyze the overall conditions, the typical cases and modes of the land circulation in Ningxia in the context of new-type urbanization on the basis of its research background, meaning, and the researches related to the new-type urbanization and land circulation. Then, the thesis is to evaluate and analyze the three kinds of circulation modes from the perspective of similarities, characteristics and differences so as to confirm that all of them play a positive part in the promotion of the economic growth in rural areas, and these three kinds of land circulation modes are and will be coexisted in China for a long time. As the local economy growth, they will be developed into a kind of high-efficient land circulation mode, featuring government guidance and market dominance, the conclusion part is to make suggestions from both macro level and micro level.
