A Study On Land Circulation Problem Of Rural Tourism Under New-type Urbanization

Rural tourism is a good method to increase the productivity of farmers,to promote the overall development of urban and rural areas and to carry forward the new-type urbanization.In the development of rural tourism,land is the most important resource.As we known,the development of rural tourism under new-type urbanization cannot be separated from land.Meanwhile,land use also restricts the development of rural tourism.On one hand,the development of rural tourism can fully improve the efficiency of land use.On the other hand,the overdevelopment of rural tourism will create some problems such as illegal exploitation,illegal utilization and so on.This article uses the land use of rural tourism under new-type urbanization as an entry point and takes Tong'an District of Xizamen as an empirical research object.It is aimed to analyze current situation of land use of rural tourism in Tong'an District,then find out three problems through the interaction of new-type urbanization,rural tourism and land use.The three problems are "rural tourism is limited to existing land policy and hard to scale";"distribution of interests is short of fairness and income rights of some farmers are damaged" and "unbalance between land supply and demand leads to many illegal exploitation and illegal utilization”.Based on the analysis,this article goes further to summarize three deep reasons of the disorder of land use.The first one is the irreconcilable contradiction between current land management system and industrial scale.The second one is that the lack of government supervision leads to the damages of farmers'interests.The third one is that the defective land circulation market leads to an endless flow of land use.After all,this article puts forward the countermeasures for further optimization of land use.Currently,there are only a few researches on the interactions among new-type urbanization,rural tourism and land use.Meanwhile,my academic level is limited.It leads to the analysis of the problem may not be comprehensive.The research angles and horizons also need to be expanded.The basic data of land use appeared in the process of rural tourism development are deficient.It is mainly relying on literature analysis.The study focuses on the qualitative analysis,while the quantitative analysis is insufficient.At the same tme,the proposals of land use of rural tourism development of Tong'an District of Xiamen mainly stay on the theoretical level.How to be implemented and combined with local realities still needs to he further studied.
