In the last 20 years HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) is a human resource management model into the business sector, the business sector to solve the problem, IBM, General Motors and Alibaba, Tencent, Huawei has begun to implement HRBP model, it seems that the effect is good, strong drag the development of business.However, these companies are basically a multinational enterprise, or a large enterprise, they have the appropriate resources to promote HRBP model, you can build a strong COE (Center of Excellence) and SSC(Shared Services Center); however, in recent years more and more small and medium enterprises are also actively exploring.Based on the research of human resource management in China and abroad, this paper discusses the new model of human resource HRBP. In theory, the system introduces the human resource management of various modes, including the traditional function and HRBP model, as well as the applicable conditions of each mode, the operation mode and the implementation steps. In practice, the human resource management present condition of affordable Inoherb Company problem diagnosis and service requirements of the output, creative proposed in Inoherb Company three pillar model, combined with effective corporate strategy, business and management optimization, will learn to industry standard COE, HRBP and SSC model adjustment for HR departments plus HRBP mode, the six modules of human resource responsibilities and business processes of the re carding and architecture, and using comparative research method to assess the traditional HR functional department pattern, HRBP three pillar model and HR departments plus HRBP mode. Finally, the paper summarizes the note of HR departments plus HRBP model is applied.For the present stage domestic SME(Small and medium-sized enterprises) HRBP management mode is not a lot, or to gradually the initial stage, so in this paper, combined with the affordable Inoherb Company Research with exploratory in nature, hope to provide practical reference value to better human resource management model.
