During the last three decades since the reform and opening up, business is morebigger and stronger at the background of rapid economic development. Largeenterprises development to super-enterprises through horizontal mergers, verticalchain management and diversified expansion while small companies are eliminatedcontinually. In this speed and mode, the traditional human resource managementmodel is no longer adapted to the pace of enterprise development strategy, and isbeing more and more challenges from the larger environment of all walks of life andwithin the enterprise. As we all know, competition among enterprises is actually thetalent competition. So more and more companies have enhanced human resourcesmanagement to human capital management, and is also exploring new humanresources management to adapt to the21st century model of economic growth.I do the research about a new model of human resource management-HRBPmanagement model-in the theory and practice based on the research results at homeand abroad. One hand in theory, this paper have made a system introduction on theapplicable conditions, operating model and implementation steps of the model, andremediation Service Recovery System into the model. The other hand in practicalapplications, this paper proposed the solution of building HRBP management modelon the problem diagnosis and manpower needs of X Group’s existing human resourcemanagement model, and six modules on human resource management processreengineering. Then I assess the feasibility of the program with comprehensive fuzzyevaluation method, and summary the notes on application of the mode.As the stage the theoretical and case study of HRBP management modes at homeand abroad are few, so this article is completed with a certain exploring nature. I hopethat my study could provide a reference value to further academic research andpractical application of the model.
