David Ulrich first time put forward Three Pillar Theory of Human Resource Management System in his book Human Resource Champions: The Next Agenda for Adding Value and Delivering Results in 1997.In this theory,Doc.Ulrich divided the traditional HR into three parts,ie.HRBP(Human Resources Business Partner),COE(Center of Expertise)and SSC(Sharing Service Center).HRBP as the core of the theory,is a window to demonstrate the difference between the traditional HR and the theory in role,position and effect in HR.Comparing with traditional HR,HRBP's working is all around enterprise's business,and main task is profit improvement by providing HR Development Strategy and controlling HR Cost.HRBP entering into China in 2005,which brought a warm of HR Revolutionary,many companies followed the warm to change HR to HRBP.In this warm,BAT got a real success,HRBP not only brought real profit and revenue,but also set up a successful example in HR field.BAT's success brought the hope to Chinese HR.This paper is a summary of experience of BD Group Xingyue Project HRBP.In this paper,the current position and problems will be analyzed by comparative analysis,questionnaire,case analysis methods.The relevant resolving plan will be brought.The research of BD Group Xingyue Project HRBP not only improve the current position,but also set an example of Real Estate HRBP.
