Since the beginning of2010, the state council issued the construction of Hainan international tourism island related policy, Hainan aviation business boomed fast. In2013, the annual handling capacity of Hainan airport has reached twety-four million eight hundred thousand, increase nine million which contract in2010, the flight and passenger volume are closing in record numbers, has become a hot market of domestic aviation. Many airlines treat Hainan market as a new profit growth point, increaing the transport capacity constantly and striving for the time resource, Hainan branch as a base airlines will face the great opportunities and challenges.This essay will study from the analysis of Hainan aviation market, analyse the strength, weakness, opportunities, challenges of Hainan branch, and fully combine the SWOT analysis, to make clear for the management strategy further. Make sure the development planning of transport capacity growth, route network, human resource, infrastructure construction, make plans for the blueprint of Hainan branch’s fureture development, further improve the Hainan branch’s competitiveness and profitability in Hainan aviation market.
