The Research Of Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Center Location Of Fresh Agricultural Products

With the rapid development of our country’s economy, the role of logistics has become more and more prominent in people’s life, of which the fresh agricultural products circulation occupy a large share.However, due to the low refrigerated transport rate the spoiling loss of fresh agricultural products in the process of transportation is huge and the value is immeasurable. In the cold chain logistics system, the location of cold chain distribution center is extremely important.The study of distribution center location can be divided into two types:quantitative and qualitative evaluation model. Each of two kinds of research has advantages and disadvantages, the quantitative model is more accurate in economic efficiency, cost calculation, but is lack of consideration for the environment, the policy factors and so on, while qualitative evaluation is on the contrary. The Integration of two kinds of model is rare.On the basis of previous studies, this paper constructs the integrated model which consists of quantitative and qualitative methods. Integrated model is based on the quantitative model, by which getting several alternatives which is feasible on the economic benefits, and then evaluate these various alternatives qualitatively, in the end,take the alternative which acquiring the highest value as the final solution.According to the literature research, this dissertation builds an integrated model integrating quantitative and qualitative methods. On the side of quantitative model, this paper not only consider the loss caused by fresh spoiling, but also consider the impact of the freshness reduce on downstream demand. According to the theory of TTT, this paper putting forward the definition of the freshness which makes the definition more reasonable. As to the Model calculations, this paper using the LINGO software to solve the calculation problem by programming. Speaking of the Qualitative aspects, compared with the analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy evaluation method and the method of grey correlation degree, this dissertation applies the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process according to the specific problem of this dissertation and implement its iterative arithmetic with Excel which makes qualitative evaluation more simple and more accurate. Finally, the feasibility of the model is verified by an example.
