| The ever-increasing quality of life has made fresh agricultural products a necessity for people’s tables,and their safety and freshness have been the main focus of consumers’ attention.In order to ensure the supply of fresh agricultural products to consumers,supermarkets must reasonably build fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics and distribution centres to meet consumers’ demand for fresh agricultural products.The cold chain logistics and distribution centre not only connects the production base of fresh produce with the sales terminal,but also reduces the risk of spoilage and deterioration of fresh produce.Therefore,its location not only has an important position in the design of the whole logistics system,but also,the selection of its location also affects the quality of products,transportation efficiency and transportation cost to a certain extent.Firstly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant literature on the location of cold chain logistics distribution centers for fresh agricultural products at home and abroad,based on which,the characteristics of fresh agricultural products,cold chain logistics mode,distribution centers and the basic model of their location are systematically described.Secondly,the site selection objectives,site selection principles and processes are determined by qualitative and quantitative methods,and a logistics distribution center site selection model with consumer demand as the premise and the lowest total cost as the target is established accordingly.Finally,by studying the actual situation of A chain supermarket,using the gray prediction model to predict the future demand of A chain supermarket,combined with the actual situation analysis of Zhengzhou City,some suitable pre-location points are screened out,and then the established site selection model is solved by LINGO software,and its location selection application is applied and the final location of the distribution center is analyzed. |
