Research On The Location Of Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Center For Fresh Agricultural Products

With the vigorous development of the fresh food industry and the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s demand for fresh agricultural products is getting bigger and bigger,and people’s consumption concepts are paying more attention to the quality and value of products,rather than being satisfied with simply solving the problem of hunger.The easy spoilage of fresh produce has an important negative impact on consumers’ shopping needs,and the construction of suitable cold chain logistics distribution centers is particularly important.The importance of demand forecasting in the location problem of distribution centers has been deeply reflected in previous research,based on the attributes of fresh agricultural products,the mode of cold chain logistics and related site selection theories,we plan distribution centers.At the same time,considering the perishable and deteriorating properties of fresh agricultural products,this paper has been modified and improved on the basis of the traditional site selection model,combined with people’s purchase intentions affected by the freshness and discount rate of goods in real life,by calculating the loss cost due to the decline in freshness,we obtained a store that can meet the demand.It also ensures the distribution center location model of cold chain logistics distribution of fresh produce with the lowest total cost.Finally,taking the historical data of fresh agricultural products from Changsha S chain supermarket as an example,the Matlab programming software is analyzed and solved.After comparison,the final site selection location is determined,and the scientificity and feasibility of the constructed site selection model are verified.Combined with the basic requirements of cold chain logistics distribution center site selection,this paper proposes a cold chain distribution center location model that can not only meet the demand and achieve the total cost,but also provide certain reference significance for the development of cold chain logistics industry.
