With the development of reform and opening up and the gradual advance of information technology, China’s CPA industry has been unprecedented progress, accounting firms faced with opportunities and challenges coexist. To undertake the great changes facing the business content, human resources and information technology and other aspects to consider based on their own conditions and the external environment, both in accounting firms to absorb and train personnel, or in the construction of information, both We need to move from time to time,make timely response, thereby widening the scope of business, improve service quality,improve work efficiency.In view of this, the paper choose ZX Certified Public Accountants, for example, the external macro environment and industry environment were analyzed using Porter’s Five Forces Model and PEST analysis, carried out within the enterprise environment analysis based on the resource-based view, study and comparison of the province of Certified Public Accountants state of development, summarized the advantages ZX Certified Public accountants, weaknesses and the opportunities and challenges under the larger environment.This paper argues that. ZX accounting firms currently pay system, incentive system, structure,scale of customer personnel problems, at the same time, with business expertise, the number of customers increased visibility in the province has also its advantages cannot be ignored.Being bigger and stronger is the overall objective of the current strategy of ZX, therefore,this paper argues, functions as a strategy to achieve the foundation and guarantee of the overall strategy, planning and implementation should be prepared. Combined with the firm’s own conditions and problems being faced, to develop two strategic priorities: first, the importance of human resource strategy, this strategy is to develop an attractive salary system,optimize the structure of personnel, establish a rational incentive system; second, the development of information technology strategy, to information throughout the work, should also pay attention to the cultivation of talent.
