Development Strategy Of Bashu Accounting Firm

Recently,Covid-19 pandemic have led to the sharply dropping of domestic and oversea economies.The numerous manufacture enterprises,accounting firms,and other intermediary services in Sichuan province are facing with huge challenges in terms of in revenue growth and cost control.Under this unfavorable circumstances,how to make a strategy to deal with the threats has become an urgent issue for Bashu Accounting Firm(BAF).This paper explored the development strategy of Bashu Accounting Firm by using strategic management theory and analytical tools.First we analyzed the external environment of Bashu Accounting Firm and identify the opportunity and threats.While the opportunity includes rural revitalization,western economic development,and government purchase service,the threats faced by BAF lies in the overall economic recession,the fierce competition,and potential entrants.From the internal environment,we found that strength of BAF can be summaried to customized services,continuous R &D capability,and its brand.At the same time,there exists some weaknesses in terms of weak market competitiveness,low professional service level and high turnover rate.Based on the internal and external environment analyse,SWOT matrix and blue ocean strategy are selected to formulate the strategy for BAF.We concluded that BAF should develop a focused differentiated strategy.BAF should focus on investment and financing services in rural market and develop new service products.According to the proposed strategy of BAF,this thesis further discussed the key issues during the implementation of strategy,including the rearranging the western market;establishing countryside economic research center;product service innovation;and human resource construction.This thesis make the developing strategy fot BAF,which can also provide some practical implication to other small or medium accounting firms Suchuan,especially the other small and medium accounting firms.
