Research The Board Governance And Management Performance Of Rural Commercial Bank

With the country of rural financial deepening reform efforts have been stepped up,rural credit cooperatives in rural areas as an important financial force, are listed as the important objects to undertake shareholding system reform and have also made significant progress. Restructuring into joint-stock rural commercial banks and credit unions how to rationalize and mining the directors the relationship between board governance and business performance, has become a crucial problem.Therefore, based on the current situation and the relevant literature, this paper selected 34 rural commercial banks and joint-stock credit cooperatives from province HeBei,as sample research institutions, and analyze the situation of the board of directors governance, combined with the comparative study of business performance, establish a linear regression model to study the number of directors, the composition of the board of directors, etc. In an attempt to find the link between governance characteristics and performance of the board of directors, put forward suggestions to improve the operating performance, prospect our country’s rural commercial bank corporate governance future direction, make efforts on effective board governance mechanism construction and improve operating performance of China’s rural commercial banks.
