Research On Capital Allocation Effect Evaluation And Tactics Of Pharmaceutical Enterprises

With the rapid development of global economic and technology and the deepening of China’s medical reform, Competition among pharmaceutical enterprises become more intense. The environment and the process management models of all aspects of the production and operation of Pharmaceutical enterprises are constantly changing. Thus it will have new and higher requirements to capital allocation of enterprise. How to objectively and scientifically evaluate the effect of capital allocation, and to develop appropriate capital allocation strategy, which will directly impact on the innovation capability and business risks and economic efficiency of pharmaceutical enterprises.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the pharmaceutical enterprises, This paper designs capital allocation framework of pharmaceutical enterprises, and analyze production process, purchasing process, warehousing process, marketing process and capital flows of business process, and summarizes the characteristics of capital allocation. Based on all aspects of the business process of pharmaceutical enterprise, it designs the evaluation index system of capital allocation. This paper applies the principal component analysis, and selects a number of pharmaceutical enterprises to evaluate its capital allocation effect. The effect analysis of capital allocation concludes the influence of capital allocation tactics for effect. It comes up with all kinds of capital allocation tactics and concludes the selection method of capital allocation tactics for production process, purchasing process, storage process and marketing process. This paper studies the case of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group, and raises its capital allocation strategy program, gives suggestions to improve our pharmaceutical business capital allocation. This study provides a decision basis and method for the capital allocation of effect evaluation and capital allocation tactics of pharmaceutical enterprises; therefore, has an important significance for improving the scientificity of effect evaluation of pharmaceutical enterprises and enhancing capital efficiency and promoting the development of pharmaceutical enterprises.
