The Study Of Reserve Cultivated Land Resources Exploitation Based On Ecological Sensitivity Analysis

Reserve cultivated land resources are important guarantee to bring about cultivated land demand-supply balance.At present,the problems of land deterioration and destruction of ecological environment which are caused by over exploitation of reserve cultivated land resources are increasingly prominent,and analyzing the ecological sensitivity can clear the degree of ecological environment changing that caused by developing reserve cultivated land resources for a specified period,and can provide decision basis for the development of reserve cultivated land resources. Suitability division is the important link of developing reserve cultivated land resources,and it is based on the results of the investigation and evaluation of reserve cultivated land resources and ecological sensitivity index,and carry on coupling analysis for the exploitation and utilization of reserve cultivated land resources of the ten counties.This paper is based on the new round of the investigation and evaluation of reserve cultivated land resources,according to the ten counties’ land use status data of 2009-2014,calculate the land use intensity and value of ecosystem service,and establish ecological sensitive mechanism on account of the two,and analyze the ecological sensitivity in the land use change of 2009-2014 of the ten counties,and then carry on the analysis of the ecological sensitivity result and the achievement of the investigation and evaluation of reserve cultivated land resources,and more,carry up the suitability division of developing reserve cultivated land resources.The main conclusions and results are as follows:(1)To calculate ecological sensitivity index according to the ten counties’ land use status data of 2009-2014,we can reach a conclusion:Hanggin Banner,Jingtai County,Yuli County and Qushui County’s ecological sensitivity index are generally higher,and the main reason is that the change of land use structure in recent years destroyed the local ecological environment to a certain degree,and made the sensitive degree of ecological environment higher;Taonan City,Feicheng City,Dushan County’s ecological sensitivity index are not high,reflected in general structure of land use to performance as that the land use change had little effect on ecological sensitivity;Qingan County,Zhoushan City,Yuanjiang City’s ecological sensitivity are small,the main performance is that the local ecological environment is good,and the change of land use structure in recent years didn’t destroy ecological environment.(2)We can come to the conclusion through calculating that there are the opposite trend between the intensity of land use and the value of ecosystem service.(3)Carrying on the suitability division of developing reserve cultivated land resources in the ten counties:the priority development areas(where the number of reserve cultivated land resources are more and ecological sensitivity index is smaller),the suitable development areas(where the number of reserve cultivated land resources are not more but ecological sensitivity index is small),the limited development areas(where the number of reserve cultivated land resources are more but ecological sensitivity index is high),the unfavorable development areas(where the number of reserve cultivated land resources are not more and ecological sensitivity index is higher).In the last,the paper analyzed the factors limiting the development of reserve cultivated land resources in the ten counties,and the problems and countermeasure and suggestion of developing reserve cultivated land resources.
