Study On Suitability Evaluation Of Cultivated Land Resource Exploitation

Cultivated land reserve resources is an important supplementary source of cultivated land, related to the national total cultivated homeostasis and national food security. However, due to scarcity of number, poor quality, difficult to develop of existing cultivated land reserve resources, and by the low level of the prior technology and the lack of experience limits, not only quality of cultivated land resource difficult to guarantee, affect social and economic benefits, but also may lead to ecological safety. Therefore, the development of cultivated land reserve resources must take into account ecological suitability, also taking into account the suitability of the natural and economic constraints suitability.In this thesis, according to sustainable development, land scarcity, man-land relationship theory as a guide, combined with GIS technology, in accordance with the principle of ecological priority for suitability evaluation system of Le’an county cultivated land reserve resources exploitation, research the suitability evaluation of Le’an county cultivated land reserve resources exploitation based on ecological safety, analysis natural suitability, suitability of economic, ecological safety and the comprehensive suitability of Le’an county cultivated land reserve resources exploitation utilization, and divide Le’an county cultivated land reserve resources exploitation, provide the basis for the rational development of Le’an county cultivated land reserve resources foe the relevant administrative departments.In accordance with the principles of evaluation of index selection, selected ecological land, ecological effects, geological disasters, river buffers, landscape effect six indicators from biodiversity Ecological safety factor, selected soil texture suitability factors, the slope of the terrain, irrigation, soil depth, soil PH, drainage conditions, seven indicators from natural factor. selected the distribution of land location, ease of cultivation, contiguous focus degree, three indicators from the economic suitability factors, use these 16 indicators as index layer, and ultimately construct the suitability evaluation system of Le’an county cultivated land reserve resources exploitation base on ecological security, produce the corresponding index layer with GIS technology, combine the results which is evaluated by hierarchical analysis and evaluation model, grade the Le’an county cultivated land reserve resources appropriate level into highly suitable, moderately suitable, marginally suitable and unsuitable four levels, its comprehensive development suitability scale were 1130.95 hectares, 3625.18 hectares, 2740.48 hectares, 993.43 hectares respectively. Based on the principles of ecological security priority the Le’an county cultivated land resource exploitation divided into near, medium and long-term three kinds of timing, development scale of the partition were 1333.58 hectares, 1084.32 hectares, 1934.22 hectares.Based on analysis of Le’an county cultivated land reserve resources evaluation and dipartition of Le’an county cultivated land resource exploitation, proposed economic, administrative, technical, legal safeguards of rational exploitation to provide guidance for the development and utilization of cultivated land reserve resources.
