Study On The Target Of Cultivated Land Reserve Resources In Huanghua City Based On Agricultural Land Classification

Food is the material resources that our mankind depends on for existence,cultivated land is the material basis of food production,and it is the key to ensure food security.The shortage of cultivated land reserve resources is the main problem of China’s cultivated land resources at present.How to make use of these cultivated land resources, to ease the shortage of arable land resources and food security issues of great significance.At present, more and more scholars have realized the importance of the development of cultivated land reserve resources,the connotation of cultivated land reserve resources is gradually improved as the study of the definition of the connotation of cultivated land reserve resources.Most scholars are devoted to the suitability evaluation and potential analysis of cultivated land reserve resources, and the selection of the evaluation index and evaluation method has been more mature, but the development of the cultivated land reserve resources should reach a kind of level, such as the expression did not carry out research.On the basis of fully understanding the connotation of the reserved cultivated land resources, this paper analyzes the utilization status of unused land and the factors that affect its quality in Huanghua City,under the principle of natural suitability evaluation of the cultivated land reserve resources, selecting the appropriate indexes and establishing the index system to evaluate the natural suitability of the cultivated land reserve resources, evaluating appropriate natural suitability degree of reserve cultivated land resources and determining the area and spatial distribution of cultivated land reserve resources in Huanghua City,analysis the factors that affect the cultivated land reserve resources.Finalizing cultivated land reserve resources targets and expressing it in the form of factor combination.The conclusions as follow:(1)Natural reserve cultivated land resources suitability evaluation of HuangHua City,reference index selection of farmland classification and determination of the score,the natural suitability of reserve cultivated land resources evaluation index,using the comprehensive index method in the natural reserve cultivated land resources suitability evaluation,suitable evaluation results can be divided into high, medium,barely fit and unfit of four natural suitability level.High suitability area is 3301.15 hm2,4.96% of the total area of unused land;medium suitable area is 25764.28hm2,38.67% of the total area of unused land;barely fit area is 15974.24hm2,23.98% of the total area of unused land;unfit area is 21580hm2,32.39% of the total area of unused land, not to develop and construct the unused land that unappropriate, reaching to the area of cultivated land reserve resources is 45040.68 hm2 in Huanghua.(2) Through the field survey and the previous studied results, the factors affecting the quality of cultivated land resources in Huanghua are analyzed, calculated and demonstrated. The factors that affect the reserved cultivated land resources in Huanghua are divided into two classes which are easy to improve and not easy to improve. The profile constitutions, surface soil texture, soil pH value and soil salinity are factors not easy to improve. The irrigation guarantee rate, drainage condition and soil organic matter content are factors that easy to improve, and the improvement extent can be ascertained by analyzing and calculating. The irrigation guarantee rate can reach 77% that belongs to basic satisfaction;drainage condition can reach the water 2-3 days of the wet water that belongs to the basic sound;soil organic matter content can reach 1.0-1.5%.(3) Using the legal factor group, cultivated land resources of Huanghua,in reference to the level of agricultural land to separate results natural quality score and the calculation method of natural quality, calculate the nature reserve cultivated land resources such as index of huanghua,and transformed into the corresponding target,we can know that cultivated land quality target class is divided into 8 to 11 a total of four levels,the largest of which is 10 levels of the land is 29574.40 hm2,8 level to the smallest is 297.38 hm2.
