With the globalization of knowledge and market reform, the enterprise needs to get sustainable development in dynamically changing market environment. From the micro perspective of employees, the important premise is that employees to work with full vitality and continuous learning. As a new field of positive psychology and positive organizational behavior, thriving at work has been concerned about the continued development of the staff. Therefore, the research on the antecedents and consequences of thriving at work is an important concern. Some scholars have pointed out that organizational justice has a positive effect on the thriving at work’s dimensions which include vitality (emotion) and learning (cognitive). At the same time, thriving at work plays a positive role in promoting employees’organizational citizenship behavior. Because the academic research hasn’t to discuss the mediating role of thriving at work between the organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior, based on collecting and analysis a large number of relevant literature, this paper determines to use thriving at work as the mediating variable to explore the model "Organizational Justice-Thriving at Work-Organizational Citizenship Behavior". With this paper, I hope to be able to provide guidance for domestic enterprises human resource management practices.In this study, through the literature review and evaluation on organizational justice, thriving at work and organizational citizenship behavior, this paper put forward the research assumption and hypothesis model.Then, through the analysis of thriving at work as the mediating role between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior, we draw the following conclusions:1. Organizational justice has a significant positive impact on thriving at work. Each dimension of organizational justice has significant positive effect on all dimensions of thriving at work.2. Thriving at work has a significant positive impact on OCB. Each dimension of thriving at work has significant positive effect on all dimensions of OCB.3. Thriving at work has a partial mediating effect between organizational justice and OCB.Finally, according to the conclusions of the study, this paper provides the management advice which can be used for the actual operation, and proposes the lack of this study and the future prospects.
