According to the social exchange theory, the interaction between individual and organization is based on the reciprocal benefit, the both sides possibly form the social contract, and whether trusting each other is pivotal to maintain this contract. In organization, individual's organizational trust has varied degree influence on the individual's job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Review former research, we discovered that organizational justice is an important variable on forming organizational trust, and organizational citizenship behavior is an important result variable of organizational trust. So, this article takes the state-owned enterprise employees as the research objects to study the relationship among organizational trust, organizational justice, and organizational citizenship behavior, and discuss the organizational trust's intermediary function between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior.Three dimensions of organizational trust have been determined as enterprise trust, leadership truce and colleague trust. The dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior adopt the professor Farh's five dimensions structures, it has been determined as identification with company, conscientiousness, altruism toward colleagues, interpersonal harmony and protecting company resources. Three dimensions of organizational justice have been determined as distributive justice procedural justice and interactive justice.The result of this study showed that the different individual have different performance on organizational trust, organizational justice, and organizational citizenship behavior. Remarkable relevance have been discovered among the three variables through Person correlation analysis, and the regression analysis's show that organizational trust has a certain intermediary function between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior.
