The Current Situation Of Agricultural Information And Development Measures In Qinzhou City

Agricultural informatization is a great measure to meet the challenge of knowledge economy and accelerate the new agricultural revolution of science and technology, which will surely become the inevitable trend of agricultural development.In order to promote the development of agricultural informatization construction in Qinzhou City and study the situation, problems and countermeasures of agricultural information construction at the present stage in Qinzhou City, this paper based on the topic of present status of agricultural informatization development in Qinzhou City, put forward development countermeasures about the existing problems, hoping to provide some theoretical basis and help of agricultural informatization development policy formulation in Qinzhou City.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of agricultural information in Qinzhou city through field visits, questionnaire survey and so on. Making Qinzhou City’s two districts and two counties as pilots for questionnaire survey, based on the possess and usage of the farmers communication tool, cognition and demand of information and the farmers’suggestions in the construction of informatization, we randomly distributed 400 questionnaire in total and 350 valid questionnaires were recovered, recycling effective questionnaire rate reaching 87.5%.Through literature research, field visits and questionnaire survey, the following conclusions were drawn. Based on the experience, the data and the results of agricultural informatization in Guangxi and Qinzhou city for many years, the government has began to increase capital investment, strengthen infrastructure construction, and enhance the construction of the service team. Therefore, the city’s agricultural information network system has been initially formed and the application of communication and communication technology in the field of agriculture continues to expand. However, in terms of overall, development efforts are inadequate. There are still the following problems. First, the leading role of the government is not clear. The team of talent isn’t enough and the investment of technical equipment is insufficient; Second, agricultural information collection level is low, the index system is not perfect, the collection method is outdated, the information coverage is narrow, the approach obtaining information is not reasonable, the information resource content is simple and the lack of effective integration; Third, information service system is not perfect, the structure is loose. the various departments lack mutual cooperation among, the information release channel is not smooth and the timeliness and availability of information is poor; Forth, rural information construction is insufficient, the cost of using information is high and the overall quality of the farmers should be improved.Agricultural information construction is a long-term and complex system engineering. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward the following development countermeasures. Strengthen government guidance functions, increase support for agricultural information construction and accelerate the cultivating and stability of agricultural information professionals; Further promote the work of agricultural information, improve the awareness of the importance of all sectors of society; speed up the standardization of information service system construction and improve the effective integration of information resources; Vigorously carry out the pilot demonstration and promotion; do well in the construction of rural information, and comprehensively improve the overall quality of farmers.
