Research On The Current Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Informatization Development In Wafangdian Cit

Social and economic progress drives the penetration of information technology into various fields,thus continuously highlighting the role of informatization in promoting economic development.Agricultural informatization is a better way to realize agricultural modernization,which has well accelerated the process of new rural construction.However,some subjective and objective factors determine that the level of agricultural informatization construction varies due to different regions.In recent years,Wafangdian City has paid more attention to the construction of agricultural informatization,and the practice of agricultural informatization has become an important boost to its agricultural economic development.However,there is still a certain gap between its agricultural informatization construction and advanced areas,which needs further improvement.Discussing this topic is conducive to improving the level of agricultural information construction in Wafangdian.Guided by the theory of information supply and demand,the theory of public goods and the theory of information resources,this paper,taking Wafangdian City as an example,summarizes the development of agricultural informatization in Wafangdian City,affirms the phased achievements in the development of agricultural informatization in the region,and summarizes the phased problems of agricultural informatization development in Wafangdian City from the first-hand data of the questionnaire survey The second is the weak integration of agricultural informatization platform,the third is the narrow content of agricultural informatization services,and the fourth is the lag of talent team construction.The reasons for these problems are believed to lie in four aspects: first,the insufficient planning and investment of agricultural informatization development;Second,the promotion and sharing of agricultural information platform is not in place;The third aspect is to ignore the application of new technologies such as5 G,Internet of Things and big data;Fourth,there is no comprehensive talent supply system.Therefore,we should systematically improve the following aspects,and even finally solve the problem of agricultural informatization development: increase the investment in infrastructure construction by establishing and improving infrastructure construction planning,moderately subsidizing the purchase of basic equipment networking and intelligent machinery,and accelerating the establishment of a diversified capital investment mechanism;Improve the integration of agricultural informatization platform by improving the construction of existing agricultural informatization platform and the socialized service system of agricultural informatization;Improve the coverage of agricultural information services by expanding the content of information services based on farmers’ needs and creating an agricultural big data platform;We will strengthen the construction of a comprehensive talent team by cultivating agricultural informatization talents,paying attention to the cultivation of new professional farmers,and cultivating agricultural informatization "leaders".Based on the level of theoretical research,this paper starts from Wafangdian City and puts forward constructive suggestions on its agricultural informatization construction,which can supplement the theoretical research results that are missing in the academic community at present,and has very important reference value for future research in this field.Based on the level of practical research,this study helps to effectively promote the agricultural informatization process in Wafangdian City,realize the supply-side reform of modern agriculture and informatization agriculture,and innovate the agricultural development model.At the same time,it also has certain reference value for the development practice of agricultural informatization in other counties and cities in southern Liaoning.
