Research On Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Agricultural Informationzation In Xinxiang City

The arrival of the information society has provided a good development environment for the development of agricultural information in Xinxiang City.The party and the state attach great importance to the construction of informatization,put agriculture and rural areas in a prominent position,and provide policy guarantees for the development of agriculture and rural informatization in Xinxiang City.However,the agricultural informatization foundation of Xinxiang City is weak,the development is relatively lagging,and the problems of insufficient development of rural e-commerce are obvious.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to actively study the status quo of agricultural informationization in Xinxiang City,find out the existing problems,and propose effective and effective countermeasures.This paper takes " Research on Current Situation and Countermeasure of Agricultural Informationzation in Xinxiang City " as the research object.Firstly,the relevant literature was consulted,the understanding of agricultural informatization was elaborated,and the Enlightenment of improving agricultural development in Xinxiang city was given based on the current situation of progress at home and abroad.Secondly,the agricultural informatization extension service in Xinxiang City was investigated and analyzed,and the index system of agricultural informatization in Xinxiang City was constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process.Then,based on the empirical analysis of the index system of agricultural informationization in Xinxiang City,the paper evaluates the level of agricultural informationization in Xinxiang City,and analyses five problems of agricultural informationization in Xinxiang City: 1)the leading role of the government has not been fully utilized,the investment in infrastructure is insufficient;2)the cultural level of farmers is not high,and they lack information awareness;3)the platform of agricultural information service is scarce.Very few,the efficiency of farmers' information acquisition is low;(4)the agricultural information service is imperfect;(5)the development of rural e-commerce is inadequate.Finally,the Countermeasures for the development of agricultural informationization in Xinxiang City are studied and five suggestions are put forward: 1)giving full play to the leading role of the government and increasing investment in infrastructure;2)strengthening the training of rural informationization personnel at the grass-roots level to enhance farmers' awareness of informationization;3)strengthening the construction of agricultural informationization service platform to improve the efficiency of farmers' access to information;4)gradually improving the agricultural informationization service system;Improve the quality of agricultural information services;Accelerate the transformation and development of rural ecommerce.By referring to the typical experience of agricultural informationization at home and abroad,it is applied to the practice of informationization construction in Xinxiang City,which plays an important role in the development of agricultural informationization in Xinxiang City.
