With the acceleration of economic globalization, the competition of enterprise management has gradually evolved into the competition of corporation culture. In order to gain the advantage in the external competition, not only strong technical strength but also powerful corporate cultures are needed for Multi-National Corporation. Excellent corporate culture is a powerful booster for the development of enterprises. As an old brand enterprise with one hundred histories, the corporate culture of Otis Elevator is more significant. The research on corporation culture improvement of Otis Elevator can not only provide the theoretical basis and method guidance to the improvement of its internal management, but also make a reference to other foreign or local brand enterprises in the same industry.Based on the related theories and research results of corporate culture consulting and improvement, firstly, the thesis analyzed the current Otis Elevator’s corporation culture in three levels of Schein’s model. Secondly, a questionnaire survey method is applied for the six dimensions of measurement by OCAI scale, the consulting result is that the dominated corporate culture type of Otis Elevator is hierarchical culture, market culture is in turn. The problems of corporate culture improvement are mainly focused on the optimization of institutional structure, lack of teamwork and internal awareness deficiency, etc. In order to gradually improve the corporate culture and to ensure the enterprise competition status, the thesis finally proposed the improvements:the first one is to optimize the operating mechanism and organizational structure, the second is to build the learning-oriented corporate culture, and the third is to strengthen the construction of business ethics core culture program. The external and internal security measures are also suggested.
