With the rapid development of information technology, the mobile communication equipment constantly upgrade and a large number of fragmented information appear in people’s daily life. At the same time, the pace of life is accelerating, long idle time increasingly rare, so there is a lot of fragmented time in people’s daily life. In the face of the emergence of fragmented information and fragmented time, the limitations of traditional enterprise training is continuing, such as for highlight is not strong, high cost, coverage range is small, poor flexibility.So it has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises for talents rapid demand. While with the development of information technology, a series of new study way arises at the historic moment, such as E-learning, M-learning and so on. It has been make up for the defects existing in traditional training auxiliary training methods. But the resources of the new way of learning is not system, fragmentation. so with the traditional training knowledge resources in classification, acquisition, expression, has the certain difference, it need to be targeted classified. But at present most of the enterprise has not yet to organize the class knowledge resources, lead to the new training mode in the enterprise can’t smooth implementation, so in order to make the new training methods can give full play to its role in the enterprise, solving the problem of knowledge resources of the auxiliary training platform become the priority.This article in view of the objective facts that traditional enterprise training has many defects in enterprise. Then put the fragmentation knowledge as the research object, to corporate training as the breakthrough point. Through analyzing the related literature review, based on the theory of knowledge management, research the classification, obtain and express of the fragmentation of corporate training knowledge. In addition to guarantee the enterprise training fragmentation can smooth implementation of knowledge management. As the XX electric power company for an example, construct the fragmentation of corporate training knowledge management platform, and systematic manage the fragmentation knowledge of enterprise training. So as to provides theoretical guidance for implementing fragmentation of knowledge management enterprise.Through the research in this paper, can get the conclusions as following:First, the limitations of traditional training methods outstation constantly, enterprise needs to use the new study way for auxiliary trainmg. Second, the content of fragmented knowledge of enterprise is more, and the extension of fragmented knowledge of enterprise is broader, so it should be in accordance with the principle of practicability to comb and according to the similarity of knowledge classification. Third, enterprise can get fragmented knowledge through multiple ways, such as create, purchase, exchange, etc. Fourth, making use of the advantage of modern information technology, through the familiar function module express the fragmentation of knowledge. Firth, the management of fractional knowledge of enterprise training should be included in the system of resource management in enterprise training learning platform, in order to help the enterprise to implement the new training methods.
