In modern times, the power industry has played a crucial role in the process of national economic development as the basis for the energy industry. The industry’s main business is the power plant undertaking and construction, which shoulders the burden of the development of country and society. There are more than 50 corporations in the industry that makes it full of opportunities and challenges in the self-developmentThe competition between enterprises is the talent competition in the end. Talent relates to the development of enterprises according to providing a steady stream of power that makes enterprise keep moving forward. With the development of the society and the change of human nature, much original concept has disappeared. For example, the contradiction of enterprise and self-development has made the problem of the loss of talent. Small talent flow can inject fresh blood for the enterprise and improve the enterprise vitality, but the loss of key positions and talent has brought the hidden danger for the development of enterprise.The operation of S corporation has been influenced by the key talent loss. The author hopes to provide basis for making policy and improving the existing system through the satisfaction survey research, which has a certain practical significance.Job satisfaction of employee can forecast the labor turnover according to the theoretical research. It means that the separation rate could be reduced through the promoting of job satisfaction, which strengthens enterprises core competitiveness. The article analyses the job satisfaction of S corporation through the theoretical research, questionnaire survey and interviewing, the objective of which is to find out the reasons for the labor turnover and propose the promoting strategy to stay the key staff from the aspects of human resource management such as employee recruitment, training and talent development, compensation performance, individual career planning and working conditions.There are few research of labor turnover from state-owned power construction enterprise. The article chooses the S corporation as sample and researches the reasons for labor turnover of state-owned enterprise and proposes the lifting scheme, which has some breakthrough and innovation in the field.
