The environment for employee to change works has come into beings with the developments of market economy and more working opportunities. The job demission of employees has become a popular phenomenon in China, especially in the high-tech industry. The job demission of high talent people or core people has become a fatal blow to these enterprises. More and more enterprise managers realize that the biggest threaten to their enterprise is the unexpected job demission of employees. The employee turnover has become a key factor in the High-tech industry. The challenge which needs to be handled urgently is how to attract and detain employees, reduce the turnover and enable them to show creativity as much as possible. The research on job satisfaction can specifically solve this problem. The research on job satisfaction can help us to catch employee's thought and demand. The discussion about intention and reason of dissatisfaction can provide enterprise with quantized data from staff, which can help the enterprise deeply and objectively explore job satisfaction and help to take some actions to heighten employees identify. This thesis combines the theory with practice, takes LBE Company, which located in Beijing ChangPing High-tech Park as example and collects the LBE's employee's data. The questionnaire about employee job satisfaction is designed to make survey to grasp the status about employee's job satisfaction about influential factors of job satisfaction. This thesis researches the problems existed in human recourses management and use SPSS 13.0 software to analyze the questionnaire by Factor method, univariate linear and gets quantitative results. Finally, it put forward some counter-measure.
