The catering industry is a traditional labor-intensive industry related to people’s lives. It plays decisive part in prospering economy and improving people’s livelihood. With the implementation of China’s reform and opening-up policy and the leap-frog development of economy, the catering industry is also showing a good development momentum of large scale, diversity, chain and normalization, and the pace of development has located in the forefront of the national economic sectors. However, the problem of high demission rate has plagued the vast majority of the catering business while the catering industry flourishing, it influences continuous and broadening operation. Analyzing deeply it’s reason and finding out the countermeasures to solve this chronic malady lasted for many years has become be solved problem of our government and human resources researchers and managerial personnel in such catering enterprises. To effectively control staff wastage makes catering enterprises reduce costs, improve management level and service quality and also the quality of staff so that improve the operational efficiency and competitiveness. It’s the fundamental guarantee of healthy and sustainable development for the enterprises.This subject is to provide systematic solution of industrial and social staff demission problem which affect normal operation and significant development of the catering enterprises on the basic of analysis about current situation and effect factors of staff demission. This subject takes the employee satisfaction testing as carrier and constructs the staff demission model of catering enterprises to put forward countermeasures about resolving staff demission problems of catering enterprises in aspect of society, job, enterprise and individuality. This thesis enriches the connotation and depth of staff demission research in theory. The research adopts approaches combining literature research with social surveys, and lays a solid theoretical foundation, broadens the research horizon about turnover problem through a lot of literature; in accordance with the mode constructed by the research, to propose appropriate countermeasures through qualitative and quantitative analysis about staff demission in L catering enterprise receives better results. This theoreticalstudy scheme has stronger vitality after empirical research of L catering enterprise and has aid reference value for staff demission research of catering enterprises and also has a certain reference to human resources management of the enterprises.
