Research On Wine Goods’ Transportation System Security Measurement And Decision Of Security Investment

With the development of economy and technology, people have been more and more concerned about the security and safety of everyday life and produce activity. At the same time, the position of security study in logistics and supply chain management is getting higher. When the research methods and study perspective become deeper, quantitative assessment and measurement for security are urged for use. This article discusses about the logistics system’s security of "11-11" sales promotion of wine goods on the Internet. Our work provides the definition of wine goods logistics system’s security, effective characters to the safety and so on. Fortunately we also find a way for measuring security quantitatively.When analyzing the factors that affect our logistics system security, we distinguish them by in or out of the system and their interaction. As the factors in or out of the system can not be simply plus to be a group, we must consider their interaction with each other. Our research creatively using mathematical set and polynomial combined knowledge, when the internal and external factors have the same, only need to consider one. When the inside and outside the system safety factors effect on the contrary, just can be omitted. Finally we work out liquor sales logistics system actual safety factors to be considered, to lay the foundation for establishing a model.In the efforts of how to translate abstract logistics system security into an intuitive display, we choose the total cost of logistics system security, including the safety investment forehead and the subsequent loss of expected value, the two parts can be calculated to get a total amount of the logistics system security of visual expression. But the specific amount does not tell a logistics system security level is high or low. So we use the total cost of logistics system security to compare with the total value of the logistics system. If the ratio is high, that means security total costs accounted for the proportion of the total value is high, thus the security level of the system is low. Vice versa, the lower ratio shows a higher security level.A wine company can make different strategies in security investment. The first way is to invest before the transportation activity by hiring part-time workers to decrease probrability of safety accidents. With this kind of investment the company can make their system security higher. The second way is to put buffer in the cargo. This kind of method need more vans to transport and also need to pay more traffic costs. Buffers can protect wine goods from accidents and then lead to higher security level. Of course, the company can make a combination of these two ways.In our research, we use a modeling method to measure system secueity and the company set their target of highest secutity level. By analysising the measuring models with Matlab and other tools, we make rational and useful investment strategies for the company.
