With the development of China’s transportation, more and more social problems have been exposed. Such as traffic accidents and uncivilized driving behavior increasing, urban traffic congestion exacerbating. So There is a contradiction between the rapid development of transport undertakings and the slow formation of road safety awareness.PSA is a means of public education plays an important role in raising public awareness of road safety aspects. By based on communication theory were analyzed traffic safety PSAs. Because of individual and nonprofit making a small number of traffic safety PSAs.It will mainly study government agencies, the media and the dissemination of corporate public service ads.Paper discuss PSAs’communicators, advertising content and media elements spread a detailed description and analysis.subdivision and co-producing. Summarized some problems of traffic safety PSAs.Finally attempt to make suggestion for the development of traffic safety PSAs.Through research, I hope to enrich the theory about traffic safety public service ads. And contribute my efforts for the harmonious traffic.
