Our country possesses great amount of touristic resouce and will embrace the golden age for developing tourism this century. However, problems like scattered distribution, unsystematic development and lack of scientific ways to spread come to us one by one. So, it is urgent to take it into serious study about how to effectively spread touristic resouces and maximize the whole construction and achievement.By information can the both side of Production and Markteing well communicate with each other. At the age of bullet train, with the increase of the bullet train stations and the stream of passengers, the effect that the bullet train stations put on their periphery will strengthen.And what’s more, it is significant to present the stations’propagandist function and platform of touristic informationThis thesis, from the angle of Communication, is based on Contact Point Management Theory, discussing how to utilize bullect train stations to promote the effectiveness of the spread of touristic information.During the process, it will, firstly, introduce the present situation of the construction of bullet train stations, then analyse the functions of stations and lead to the information propagandist function. At last, it will further analyze the stations’present situation and main propagandist methods as a touristic information platform.With the example set at Changsha South Station, questionaires will be reorganized and analyzed to make it clear the present situation and problems of touristic information spread. Then, the thesis will give an introduction about how the Japanese Shinkansen stations spread toursitic information and make a comparison between the two.Because of the importance of Contact Point to the information spread, at the end of the thesis, when bringing up suggestions, Contact Point Management Theory will be introduced,aiming to optimize the quality of Contact Point, confronting the information disorder, and promoting the effectiveness of tourisitc information spread at the stations.The thesis has a simple introduction of the qualification and functions of tourisitc information spread at the bullet train stations, and related essentialc conception of Communication. Combined with examples, the thesis gives a fieldwork of the present situation of touristic information spread at Changsha Train Station, and according to the results, with Contact Point Management Theory, the thesis specifically brings up relevant countermeasures and suggestions. Though these countermeasures and suggestions are quite specific, with the basically same situation at every station, the writer believes it has useful reference for other stations.It can be said that the thesis has a reseach about a blind point of how to promote the touristic information spread at bullet train stations.
