This thesis focused on the production process of the contact-point-seat made by ZHKJ company, and the analysis of the challenge to Chinese manufacture under the background of global economy and the version 4.0 industry was also given in this thesis. Introduces the researching in foreign advanced management theory and enterprise practice, and the necessity to develop nuclear power as the representative the clean energy and haze ravaged the environment as a substitute for fossil energy, nuclear power development are discussed base on Chinese vision in the field of nuclear fuel and bring good opportunities for development, on this basis ZHKJ company is facing rare opportunities for development, provides lean production is a significant guidance in ZHKJ company's business process reengineering(BPR).This thesis discusses among the basic theory of business process reengineering, development process and use AHP with expert method as the theoretical innovation of the comprehensive evaluation of the business process reengineering method.The problems which ZHKJ company faced that production business process of the contact-point-seat were analyzed by fishbone diagram method, determine procurement,production and supply of three aspects of business process reengineering, a detailed description of the three business processes. Using the lean production method to analyse the business process of the contact-point-seat, combined with the theory and principles of BPR on three process reengineering design, and then use AHP to process reengineering effect for a comprehensive evaluation combined with expert evaluation method, the evaluation results show that production process reengineering of the contact-point-seat made by ZHKJ company is successful.The successful practice of the production process reengineering of the contact-point-seat made by ZHKJ company, verified the feasibility of developing gradually develop local BPR of the lean production in guiding ideology. This is the "Hammer radical" business process reengineering should be, but in the specific business practice is often difficult to implement, it is the Hammer adhere to the business process reengineering is one of the reasons for the success rate is not high, so this thesis proposed the implementation of business process reengineering should be combined with enterprise culture, as a "progressive" way.
