With the interest rate market-oriented gradual putting into effect, the interest margin of bank’s deposit and loan is gradually narrowing. Should the commercial banks to develop further, they need to be customers-centric, and constantly improve the quality of service. The development of Internet banking is a huge threat to the traditional financial business of commercial banks. To deal with this issue, commercial banks have adopted many transformation strategies, the integrative development of online and offline channels has become one of the important exploration direction.Through the analysis of the business status of S bank’s online and offline channels, this paper finds out the problems and difficulties faced by S bank on the development of online and offline channels. By the SWOT analysis of S bank’s online and offline channels, this paper points out the advantages and opportunities of the development of online and offline channels.Through the customer demand analysis of the online and offline channels, concerned position and objectives have been presented in this paper. And based on these, several development suggestions are given as follows:(1) To integrate the business of online and offline channels;(2) To promote more product innovations of online and offline channels;(3) To promote more service innovations of online and offline channels;(4) To promote more marketing innovations of online and offline channels;(5) To develop the community banks to distribute online and offline channels.
