Small And Medium Enterprises In Jiang Su Province Report On A Survey Of The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Technology Innovation

Under the new norm, the basic features of enterprise development is innovation. Integration of economic globalization makes our small and medium enterprise innovation become the most important impetus in economic growth. Only by enhancing the strategic position of innovation can small and medium enterprise ensure an invincible position in the new era of competition. They have fully realized the necessity and urgency of innovation, as innovation consciousness increasing and innovation ability improving to a certain extent. However, because of the limitation of its own characteristics, it is possible that small and medium enterprises will be facing with more problems in technological innovation.The purpose of this report is to conduct a full investigation in present innovation situation of small and medium enterprises and its environmental problems, distinguishing the internal and external relationship between enterprises of small and medium enterprise, investigating different cluster of small and medium enterprises in technology innovation performance, cluster analysis, the parent company, and other factors will affect small and medium enterprise innovation ability thus impact on enterprise technology innovation. Therefore, according to the report purpose, we conducted a questionnaire about the current situation and influencing factors of technology innovation of small and medium enterprises in JiangSu province and wrote down an investigation report by means of statistics and analysis.According to the survey, we can find that small and medium enterprises in JiangSu province is mainly through the way of independent innovation for technology products. They have more understanding of technology innovation conditions within the industry and the conditions are relatively superior. Management generally attaches great importanceTo the enterprise’s technological innovation and has strong capability of independent innovation. But the technology innovation failure rate is relatively high. Pre-tax discount and subsidies from the government, entrepreneurship, competition pressure is the factor to encourage innovation in small and medium enterprises. Current influencing factor of innovation in small and medium enterprises in JiangSu province is the shortage of research & development money and innovation talents, the increase of technical personnel costs. Results showed that due to the different cluster degree, different areas in the cluster of small and medium enterprises perform different in different aspects. Promote innovation ability for small and medium enterprises cluster has positive influence on action, also the parent-subsidiary relationship will enhance its technology innovation ability. This article also investigates the cluster promotion among the subjects in cluster and feasible measures of small business innovation ability and promote innovation ability is the basic measures for enterprises to change the present situation of technological innovation.Finally, according to the actual survey found in the problems of small and medium enterprise technology innovation, combined with relevant theory, reality and previous studies, This article puts forward some relevant countermeasures to enhance innovation and competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprise。...
