With the rapid development of Internet,corporate restructuring has been an important mode to realize rapid growth of enterprises;as an optimal configuration of social resources,it has become the strategic choice for a company to be strong and excellent and realize transformation and upgrading.Although decades of experience have been accumulated in corporate restructuring,many reorganized enterprises end in failure,which is mainly attributed to the failure of enterprise culture integration.Thus it can be seen that,under the restructuring background,the most important thing for an enterprise is the integration of enterprise culture,which is also the most difficult thing;regardless of governmental domination or market initiative,enterprise culture is an inevitable issue.This paper refers to the research on a state-owned enterprise with over sixty years' history through the combination of case description and theoretical analysis.Under the situation that subsidiary was established before parent company,Company A will certainly face conflict and “discomfort” in terms of enterprise culture,the original enterprise cultural value model cannot meet current development demand of Company A with the change of external environment,and the enterprise culture of Company A will inevitably face a“revolution”.This paper refers to the research on features and forming reason of original enterprise cultural value model of the subsidiary during the reform and restructuring of state-owned enterprise through cultural value model,and how to adjust and change the cultural value model of subsidiary after entering the new parent company under the situation that subsidiary was established before parent company,advantage and disadvantage of such change,stages to be experienced,and how to keep the original excellent culture of the subsidiary while meeting the requirements of the parent company's culture through the adjustment of cultural value model,so as to adapt to the enterprise development demand under new situation and serve the enterprise development better.It can be seen through the research that,as the main culture type of state-owned enterprise,parochial culture plays an active role to promote the development of state-owned enterprise;however,with the increasing of market competition,it is required to innovate while inheriting the culture type continuously.Under the situation that subsidiary wasestablished before parent company,with the restructuring of parent-subsidiary companies,the subsidiary will inevitably face a series of cultural conflict,and such conflict will certainly promote the cultural revolution of subsidiary.The cultural revolution of subsidiary after restructuring is not accomplished in an action;instead,it is realized steadily by stages,and the enterprise culture type shall be supported by parochial culture,so as to establish hierarchical and marketed culture gradually,and pay attention to innovative culture continuously.This paper hopes to further strengthen the enterprise culture construction,accelerate the enterprise culture building and synergetic development of parent-subsidiary companies,promote the improvement of revolution form and connotation of state-owned enterprise,and finally increase the efficiency and benefits through the research on the cultural revolution of state-owned enterprise under reform and restructuring.
