Research On The Financial Support Of Agricultural Scale Operation In Shaanxi Province

Farmland is necessary resources in the process of agricultural modernization development, the scale of farmland management determines the direction of the mode of operation and development of agriculture, and plays a fundamental role in the development of the economy. For whole Agricultural scale operation, whether the construction of infrastructure or the introduction of modern management experience, all need huge capital investment, which requires the participation of government, financial institutions and social capital, in order to provide the necessary financial support.In this paper, based on economics theory and field investigation, to the financial support of farmland scale operation as the research object, the combination of theory and empirical methods to the thesis launches the research focused on using analysis of variance and multivariate Logistic regression model, analyzes the certain relationship between the way of borrowing funds and the farmland income and other factors. The analysis suggests that the way of borrowing funds is mainly affected by the number of farm machinery, the farmland income and the type of farmland. Specifically, the more the agricultural machinery number and farmland income are, and leading enterprises farm, the more possibility the farm tend to borrow funds from rural credit cooperatives and commercial banks and other financial institutions; On the contrary, the less the agricultural machinery number and farmland income are, and family farm land and operation properties farm, the more possibility the farm tend to choose private lending. In conclusion, the financial support of farmland scale operation needs government fiscal interest discount and reasonable policies to guide, the financial tools innovation of financial institutions like the mortgage on agricultural land management and farmland income and agricultural machinery, and varieties of agricultural insurance, and also needs to establish public-private PPP model stock farm whose capital is invested by the government and the society.Thesis is divided into seven chapters:the first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter is the related research both in China and abroad, the third chapter mainly elaborates the relevant theoretical foundation and concept definition of farmland scale operation, the fourth chapter introduces the present situation of farmland scale operation in the research area of Shaanxi Province, the fifth chapter uses multivariate Logistic regression model to carry thtough the empirical analysis, the sixth chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of empirical analysis, and the seventh chapter summarizes the full text and draw conclusions.
