Research On The Impact Of Scale Operation Of Farmland On Rural Labor Transfer

The household contract responsibility system has been developed to its limitation owing to the fast development of agricultural modernization, and the new agricultural development methods and farmland scale operation are born at the right moment. Farmland operation efficiency is improved and farmland scale management is suit for the requirement of agricultural modernization, more farmland labor forces could be released to promote the transferring of labor forces due to the scale operation. Consequently, there are significant for farmland labor forces transferring and urbanization process by researches on the quantitative effect for farmland labor forces transferring from farmland scale operation.This paper focuses on the farmland scale operation of Shaanxi province-new agricultural operation subject to analyze the thesis topic based on the theory of labor economics and development economics, by the methods of normative analysis and empirical analysis. The analysis considers that the farmland scale operating is in favor of not only modern agriculture development, but also the farmland labor forces joining local employment or transferring for the direction of cities and towns, the facilitation of agriculture human capital and transferring human capital. Farmland scale operation has necessary connection with farmland labor forces transfer according to the one-way analysis of variance and multivariate regression analysis methods respectively to get high relevance and positive response relationship.
