Research On The Utilization Of Fund Centralized Management Through Finance Company In A Co.

With the development of our country‘s economy, traditional mode of fund management cannot be adapt to the development of enterprise group. The concept of capital centralized management has been accepted by our companies in 1980 s. Having developed for many years, finance company has been the main capital management mode of China‘s enterprise group as a modern capital management mode. Finance company has improved the efficiency of enterprise group‘s fund extremely. It contributes to the development of China‘s enterprise groups and improves its management, making it more normalized and efficient.Though finance companies have brought a lot of advantages, just having developed for nearly 30 years, they are not mature enough and still have lots of problems, which need more research. This thesis has introduced and analyzed how centralized fund management has been used and its problems as an example of A Finance Co., which has some reference for other enterprise groups in China.With case study and comparative analysis, this thesis has chosen A Co., on behalf of our enterprise groups, making a comparison before and after the use of finance company mode. Firstly it has summarized A Co.‘s problems before centralized fund management. Then it has analyzed A Co.‘s choice of centralized fund management. In the end, this thesis has studied the utilization of centralized fund management of A Finance Co. and given some suggestions to its problems. Creatively, this thesis has completely analyzed the fund centralized management system of A Finance Co.. For the lack of front information and practical experience, the thesis may have lost touch with reality in some aspects. In a word, the thesis has a certain significance to enterprise groups.
