From the beginning of the eighty’s so far, China private enterprises from small to large, from weak to strong, it has been developing to accounte for 80% of the number of enterprises in China, becoming an important engine to promote the development of social productive forces. However, private enterprises are still facing many difficulties and challenges in the process of development. In recent years, the world economic downturn caused adverse effects on Chinese economic, the private economy is experiencing a major impact, it’s development is slow. Reform, restructuring, mergers, layoffs, reducing welfare and the change of People’s concept of employment, all of which lead to sharp decline in employee loyalty to the enterprise, causing the rate of employee turnover rising quickly, resulting in lacking of initiative and poor sense of responsibility of employee. Betraying the interests of enterprises, and so on. How to maintain and improve employee loyalty of enterprises has becomed a key issue of enterprise management and human resources departments concernedThe paper take a representative private enterprise D company in Guangdong as the research object, to study the factors affecting employee loyalty.Firstly,in this paper, through a large number of documents, reviews about employee loyalty research situation at home and abroad, and made a brief review and summary, in order to make the full theoretical groundwork of this study.Secondly, based on the five factors of the organizational commitment model, designing questionnaire survey to evaluate employee loyalty of Guangdong D company, siting loyalty questionnaire to the twenty-one departments of Guangdong D company including three hundred stores nearly five hundred subjects, we get the research data sources finally. Then the SPSS software is used to analysis the reliability, validity, variance regression and factors. Then eight factors influencing employee loyalty are concluded:work sledding, corporate environment, development opportunities, corporate culture, learning platform, managerial style, payment and performance and organizational identification. The four factors measuring employee loyalty are concluded:attitude loyalty, behavior loyalty, rational loyalty and opportunity loyalty. By regression analysis, it is concluded that the eight factors influencing employee loyalty are related to the four loyalty dimensions. The results show that the factors of corporate culture, corporate culture, management style, pay performance and organizational identification have a positive correlation to employee loyalty. The results also show that the factors of development opportunities and learning platforms both have a negative and positive impact on employee loyalty. At the same time, Through some common background variables such as gender, age, education, on-the-job time, job characteristics and post level of the difference analysis on employee loyalty. The result shows that there are differences between common background variables and the four loyalty dimensions. By means of the average score of eight factors influencing employee loyalty points, The results show that management style, learning platform and work sledding contribute to employee loyalty of D company worker generally, and the other five factors contribute to employee loyalty of D company very lowly. By means of the average score of four loyalty dimensions points, the results show that employees’attitude loyalty and behavior loyalty of D company worker are in the general level,and rational loyalty and opportunity loyalty of D company worker are very low.Finally, this paper aims at improve the employee loyalty of D company worker. Several proposals are offered:improving the construction of enterprise culture, making staff work smoothly, providing a broad learning platform, improving management style and Improving working conditions and working environment.The research of this paper is of guiding significance for improving employee loyalty of D company worker.
