In recent years,with the opening of financial market and aggravation of competition,all kinds of banks are springing up.In order to occupy a place in market competition,emerging banks attract talents through various welfare policies.To a certain extent,this phenomenon intensifies the flow frequency of banking practitioners,so it is of great significance to improve the loyalty of banking practitioners.Based on a comprehensive review of the theoretical research on employee loyalty at home and abroad,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and individual interview to measure the employee loyalty of Z bank Handan branch from five dimensions of emotional loyalty,including economic loyalty,ideal loyalty,normative loyalty and opportunity loyalty,and measures the current situation and the influencing factors of employee loyalty of Z bank.In addition,this paper makes a quantitative analysis on the current situation and influencing factors of employee loyalty of Z bank,and puts forward some suggestions to improve employee loyalty of Z bank.The survey found that the employee loyalty of Z bank Handan branch is generally at a medium level.In the five dimensions of the measurement,the degree of emotional loyalty,economic loyalty,ideal loyalty and opportunity loyalty are relatively lower,while that of normative loyalty is relatively higher.In the various influence factors of employee loyalty,corporate culture and interpersonal relationship are the important factors that affect the emotional loyalty;More compensation and benefits affect economic loyalty;The training and the prospect of the enterprise affect the ideal loyalty of employees more;Employees’ own education and values mainly affect their loyalty to the enterprise.Based on the analysis of the causes and the investigation of the current situation,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement strategy from improving the corporate culture,enhancing the salary and welfare,strengthening the communication among the employees,building innovation platform,improving training and promotion mechanism,and improving the laws and regulations about employee turnover.We hope to provide reference for the improvement of employee loyalty of Z bank Handan branch.
