Loyalty is one of the important factors that affect the core competitiveness of an enterprise.Electric power enterprises are the basic industry to maintain the development speed of the whole social economy and the improvement of people's living quality.This paper conducts a specific study on the influencing factors of the employee loyalty of electric power enterprises,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of electric power enterprises and ensure the sustainable development of electric power enterprises.Firstly,this paper expounds and reviews relevant theories and research status at home and abroad.Taking the employee loyalty of Yulin branch of DF company as the research object,this paper provides a basis for the evaluation,analysis and evaluation of employee loyalty of Yulin branch of DF company.Then,set up the electric power enterprise staff loyalty model of the influence factors of structure system,based on questionnaire and individual interview data,using factor analysis method of DF Yulin branch staff loyalty evaluation,from the staff,organization,society and regional four aspects analysis the influence factors of DF company Yulin branch employee loyalty,regression analysis was used to study the impact of these factors on employee loyalty degree;Finally,analyze the bottleneck that affects employee loyalty and put forward Suggestions.According to the analysis,from the perspective of employee factors,employees have too high expectations for the career and the enterprise;Lack of personal accomplishment;Lack of career planning.From the perspective of organizational factors: the compensation system is unreasonable;The leadership management is not good,the inter-organizational communication needs to be improved;Work content is too boring,part of the workload overload;The performance appraisal system is not perfect and the degree of fairness is lacking.Job training and guidance in enterprises are not universal.From the perspective of social and economic factors: regional economic development is unstable;Sharply rising housing costs;The cost of education is increasing year by year.From the perspective of regional factors,the difference of talent employment is large;The consumption behavior habit stratification phenomenon is serious;Nepotism is rampant.The effect of single factor is not obvious.When all factors appear together,the loyalty of employees in Yulin branch of DF company will be greatly affected.Hope DF company Yulin branch top management,this paper first from the direction to attaches great importance to the importance of employee loyalty to enterprise development,for each branch managers learn to authorize,gradually develop all levels of management personnel,as the company system reform and change,set up the company's rapid development of the management structure and cultural structure.In terms of specific measures,first,optimize the compensation system,pay attention to the fairness,competitiveness and sustainable development of the compensation system,and then improve the enterprise's compensation system;Second,actively strengthen the construction of enterprise environment,including improving the fair entry and assessment environment,creating a good hard and soft working environment,effectively improve the comprehensive quality and ability of employees of all ages forming,thus improving the organizational efficiency;Third,improve the career development planning of employees,set up the promotion mechanism in line with the actual company,and standardize the strict promotion operation procedures,so as to make the planning--mechanism--procedures clear,and then scientifically plan the career for employees,and build a smooth promotion channel;Fourth,attach importance to personalized training,establish a hierarchical and classified training system,build the company's own practical training incentive mechanism,establish a learning organization structure,make the company's training system efficient and practical,and then improve the organizational efficiency;Fifth,the establishment of a talent selection mechanism,through the creation of "horse" talent selection,the establishment of effective staff pressure management mechanism,let the "horse" run,release the positive model power;Sixth,we put forward the way to improve the enterprise culture,to cultivate a good enterprise culture,and to cultivate a good social atmosphere.Then from the four aspects of strengthening the system improvement,supervising the implementation of the system,creating the enterprise crisis response mechanism,recasting the "craftsman spirit" of the electric power enterprise,and shaping the community of common destiny between the enterprise and the employees,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures,so as to build the long-term loyalty of the employees of the electric power enterprise.This paper puts forward that through to the electric power enterprise staff build "horse race"
