The Research About The Influence Of Choosingapp Among The West Lake Tourists

Since 2014, tourism informatization has become the main developed direction for national tourism industry.As the promulgation of policies, both governmental tourism departments and tourism enterprises all are regarded the construction of tourism informatization as a trade developed goal.Hangzhou acts a tourist city, the development of tourism informatization will to be imperatived.Nowadays, as a popular topic, more and more people have been attracted to study the point of tourism informatization. As a common study topic, various circles of scholars are interested in researching tourist behaviors. So that, the thesis is study from---APP of mini west lake, to research the influence of choosing APP used in west lake sightseeing. I hope it will offer helps to the development of tourism informatization.Firstly, this thesis demonstrates the tourism informatization and the tourists’behaviors to analyze the situation of Hangzhou tourism development. Aimed at the present situation, this thesis is put questions to public.Secondly, this thesis makes a questionnaire survey to the west lake area visitors in order to get the data about the way people chose the tourist destination and the importance of the tourism informatization in traveling.Through analysis the questionnaire survey, we will make a preliminary conclusion. According to the result of questionnaire, we will choose some of the users to make interview for getting how important the tourism informatization and the choosing way are play in traveling.Finally, this thesis will put forward the suggestions about tourism APP after analysis the questionnaire survey and interview result. I hope the thesis will play the importance among the relevant departments with tourism.
