With the improvement of social and economic development level and the acceleration of urbanization process,the development of tourism from the traditional tourism and tourism stage,into the leisure stage.The diversification of tourists' interest and the convenience of traffic make people's tourism space more extensive,people's tourism activities are richer,tourism demand tends to be personalized and pursuit of comfort,and the pursuit of tourism quality is getting higher and higher.,Especially for the "live" this one more attention.In this context,the Bed and Breakfast because of its beautiful environment,cultural atmosphere more and more by many tourists welcome.But on the concept of bed and breakfast and related research is still in its infancy,tourists for the focus of the hotel and consumer motivation and behavior to be in-depth study.This paper selects the Xinbin Manzu Autonomous County in Liaoning Province as the research area,analyzes and classifies the existing data and survey data by means of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,and analyzes th e tourism motive and tourism consumption Characteristics of the two core research.The paper mainly includes the following research contents.(1)systematically combing the concept of the hostel and the related research at home and abroad,introducing the relevant theories such as motivation theory and tourism behavior,and the related concepts of the paper research.(2)Select the new Bed and Manchu Autonomous County,which is more rapid and has some typical significance,as an empirical case,and systematically analyzes the status quo and problems of the development of rural tourism and the development of the hotel.(3)select the 13 factors to measure the motivations of the hostel tourism,which will be the natural scenery,folk activities,special dining,architectural decoration,activities experience,good service and enhance the feelings of peer relatives and other seven factors as sensory motivation;New friends,try to communicate with the accommodation and have a guide to explain the service of these three measures classified as emotional motives;ease the pressure,temporarily from the immutable life and the desire for leisure life of these three factors are classified as relaxation motives.After analysis,it was found that folklore,specialty catering,exchange and accommodation became the main influencing factors of influencing the motives of guest houses and tourists.(4)Through the analysis of the characteristics of the residential tourism consumption behavior,also respond to the analysis of the motivations of the hostel tourism.Large kang and other regional characteristics of the accommodation to become the first choice,but the emotional exchange and the lack of family-like atmosphere has become a major obstacle to the development of new guest houses.(5)On the basis of the analysis and summarization of the paper,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of the hotel.
