Research On Post Economic Evaluation Of Gelantan Eydroelectric Elant In Yunnan

Power project is characterized by high investment and large scale. Economic research of Power project have great significance on improving the utilization rate of resources. As a renewable energy, hydroelectric power not only can provide cheap electricity, also can fully compensate for the power supply of hydro power resource-rich region. Hydropower station is characterized by high construction investment and low operating costs, which further shows the importance of economic benefit analysis.Hydroelectric project economic benefits post-evaluation is based on the development strategy of the national economy and the requirements of electric power development planning. Combining with the electric power construction project post-evaluation theory and practical progect of hydropower station construction, we can compare running hydroelectric project with the old ones, analyse deviation and sum up experience to promote the feasibility of the project and objectivity of preliminary evaluation and to improve the management level of project investment.This paper carries out post-evaluation research using 3×150MW hydroelectric project economic benefits in Lixian river basin of Gelantan, Yunan. Using the theory of economic benefits post-evaluation and method of practice basis to analyze the various factors influencing the economic benefits. Secondly, analyze respectively from the investment benefit, cost analysis, financial benefits and other aspects to provide theoretical data base for subsequent economic benefit evaluation index system. Carry out break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis, combined with the basic financial data. Finally establish evaluation model and the economic benefits evaluation system of hydropower station construction project. Summarize economic efficiency evaluation of Gelantan hydropower station project construction, and put forward suggestions to further improve the economic benefit.The results further proved the importance of the post-evaluation work of hydropower station, and post-evaluation must be applied to more hydropower project. On the other hand, this paper presents an economic benefit evaluation index system of hydropower station, providing an effective way to further improve the economic effectiveness of the hydropower station. And provide theoretical reference for the future hydropower stations economic projects.
