Study On The Solutions To The Sustainable Development Of Ningxia Inland Opening-up Pilot Economic Zone

Since the reform and open, the economic development in China has made great progress, with the benefits of open economy, including the open economy in the inland continually emerging. In the September,2012, Ningxia Inland Opening-up Pilot Economic Zone, with the whole municipality as the cover area, was formally established. From then on, we has joined in the national lines of opening. Three years has passed after the establishment of Ningxia Inland Opening-up Pilot Economic Zone by 2015. Three years later, the following controversial problems, such as the situation of its development, the existential problems as well as its sustainability lead the thesis writer to think over.Based on the points of Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism, the thesis reviews the researches at home and abroad and defines related concepts by the methods of connecting logic and history, induction and deduction, theoretical research and practical research, standard thinking and empirical analysis, contrastive analysis and case analysis. The thesis includes four chapters. The first chapter is not only the general introduction to the background, aim and the intention of the study, but also introduces the main idea, methods and the innovative points of the study. The second chapter is the review of the related theories and definitions. On the basis of the research finds related to open economy at home and abroad, the theoretical principle and the realistic foundation are defined. The third chapter is the analysis of the development conditions and restrict factors of Opening-up Pilot Economic Zone, including the development condition of Ningxia Inland Opening-up Pilot Economic Zone within the three years, from which the existential problems and the facts that restrict its development are found. The fourth chapter is the study of the way to deal with the above problems. Some solutions are presented to the sustainable development of Ningxia Inland Opening-up Pilot Economic Zone on the basis of the comparison between China’s five Economic Special Zones and Ningxia Inland Opening-up Pilot Economic Zone, as well as the successful experience of national economic development.From the study, it is shown that there are several problems of the development of Ningxia Inland Opening-up Pilot Economic Zone, such as poor efficiency, slow development, unsatisfactory tourism and the unstable international investment. We should make sure that the development of the experimental area is sustainable and Ningxia Hui autonomous region can steps into the well-society along with the whole country by 2020 via improving the ability of opening to the outside world, developing the advantageous industry, creating a Muslim atmosphere and practicing the policies.
