Storage as an important part of logistics, information technology can effectively improve the efficiency of its operation. But the traditional storage management system and a lot of manual operation can make the enterprise management process complex, at the same time, the cost is very high. In speed and customer response to the success of today, companies need to adopt new technology and methods to improve the accuracy of the number of inventory, optimize inventory business processes and reduce inventory costs. RFID is a kind of Radio Frequency Identification technology which is used more and more widely. The RFID technology combined with the warehouse management effectively, can solve the supply chain of all kinds of business operation data information input and output information, business process control and tracking problems. It can greatly reduce the enterprise in the material flow, the commercial interchange, information, capital and so on, the production errors caused by the change of time and location, and improve the efficiency of warehousing management.The article firstly described the research status of the RFID technology and the warehouse management system at home and abroad. Secondly, The RFID technology was systematically introduced, including the working principle and main components, and the development trend of RFID technology was prospected. Focus on the research of goods positioning mechanism in the warehouse management of small and medium-sized enterprise based on RFID, so as to shorten the time for searching goods, and achieve the tracking of goods, tracing, improve the efficiency of the supply chain. On this basis, the article designed warehouse management system based on RFID for small and medium-sized enterprise.The article mainly studies the following problems:Firstly, in view of the low efficiency manual picking of storage, on the basis of comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of positioning strategies at present. Starting from the specific situation of storage management in small and medium-sized enterprises and using fuzzy mathematics theory, two kinds of positioning schemes is proposed based on fuzzy linear and triangular.Secondly, in the process of warehousing materials distribution business process, considering the different types of distribution materials, the time is used as the evaluation factor, and the ant colony algorithm is used to achieve the optimization of distribution routing. Realization of the detection and sensing of storage environment on the integration of the wireless sensor nodes is discussed, which can prevent the unexpected loss caused by the change of storage environment.Thirdly, the paper achieved the traditional warehouse management business process optimization by RFID Technology. And a model of small and medium-sized enterprise storage management system based on RFID technology was constructed, which provide a way to realize the visualization of warehouse management in supply chain and convenient.
