The Application Of The RFID System In PetrochEmical Storage Equipment Management

With the rapid developm ent of worl d economy and the advance of m odern information technology,The development of warehouse management industry has the revolutionary changes.The tr aditional warehouse management has been dif ficult to meet the needs of the modern enterprise.Because of the traditional petrochemical enterprises build early and have large scale,equipment number,the aging,and a series of serious problem s,working strength of petrochemical enterprise warehous e management person is big,the e fficiency is low.That prom pts the trad itional petrochemical enterprises should improve and optimize physical truth according to their own actual situation.In this paper,depending on the actual circum stance of jinzhou petrochem ical company warehouse m anagement and com bining with RFID(RadioFrequency Identification,radio frequency Iden tification)technology,it anal yzes the necessity,feasibility,system functional and functional requirements and non-functional requirements of petrochemical company warehouse management system,the system of inbound,outbound,inventory,customers,suppliers and other management module for the de sign and im plementation.This is the main content of this c hapter.The warehouse management system adopts B/S m ode three layer architecture of the system and uses Java 2 platform,enterprise edition J2 EE as a software developm ent tool to m anage the data using SQL Server2005 logic of the database design and database design to ensure its fast oper ation.New warehouse management system for petrochemical company systematically tests in accordance with the implem entation scheme,the test results were analyzed,a nd it improves the problem s that exist in the system through the analysis.It repeatedly tests and improves methods to achieve the goal of optimizing warehouse management system.The system is m ainly composed of petrochem ical company warehouse management platform,radio frequency identification data acquisition system and the RFID electronic tag.C ompleted jointly by the close ties between each sys tem,petrochemical company warehouse m anagement of overall process,finally realizes the high ef ficiency,stable,accurate,high precision,stron g ability to adapt,stro ng anti-jamming capability,quick oper ation and advantages of multiple target object recognition at the sam e time.After developing the system it is easy to operate,improve the ef ficiency of the warehouse c ontroller,reduce the pr obability of hair wrong material,high use value and application prospect is good.
