Research On Land Use Zoning In Enshi City

Land is an important source of all the wealth of human society, but also the survival of human production materials. Moreover, it is the object of productive labor of human Land issue is the major issue that is related to national economic development, social stability and political stability. According to the regulations of the "People’s Republic of China Land Management Law", the preparation of the overall land use planning must follow certain principles as follows:strictly control the non-agricultural construction occupation of agricultural land, protect arable land, improve the land utilization ratio and properly use various types of land, protect the ecological environment, and to ensure the sustainable utilization of land. Even the research of land use of the township or town must comply with the corresponding principles and system. And scientific land use, reasonable land use zoning research plays an important role for our country in the implementation of the protection of cultivated land,the improvement of the land utilization ratio, customizing the direction of land use and promoting regional development. So we must carry out land use zoning scientifically and rationally, and give full play to its theoretical and guiding significance.By referring to relevant materials at home and abroad and using the experience of many outstanding domestic and international scholars for reference, and combined with some scientific research methods to further study the land use zoning of the selected target area. Based on the understanding and study of Enshi City, which is the capital of Miao and Tujia Autonomous Prefecture in Enshi,Hubei Province,and after the full collection of natural, social, economic and other aspects of Enshi City, the streets and towns under the jurisdiction of Enshi City are taken as the research objects—a total of 16 basic research units. At the same time, through the study of the "Enshi 2014 Statistical Yearbook" and "Enshi 2014 land use status" and other information,I know the data and change data of Enshi City at the end of 2013,and 14 indexes are selected to form the evaluation index system of the target area, which can be described in three aspects-social and economic development, natural ecological environment and land use structure. Finally, by using SPSS statistical analysis software, principal component analysis, hierarchical cluster analysis I get a preliminary partition scheme. In the process,I refer to the "Enshi urban development in 12th Five-Year "planning", "Enshi City land use planning (2010-2020)"and "Enshi City master plan (2010-2030)" and other government documents in Enshi City. Considering the natural factors and policy factors of Enshi City,I adjusted and optimize the initial partitioning scheme and finally obtained the land use zoning scheme in Enshi City. In this paper, the 16 streets and towns under the jurisdiction of Enshi City are divided into four regions, namely fair trade land-use areas, tourist land-use areas, resource-based land-use areas, comprehensive land-use areas. This study provides some reference for land use structure optimization of Enshi City scientific development and utilization of land and carrying out research work etc.
