Study On Functional Zoning Of Land Use In Qianjiang

As the base material of human’s survival and development, Land is the basic source of human wealth creation,too.Land-use as the oldest, the most basic production activities, it’s closely related to many socio-economic and ecological problems in human survival and development.China’s current land resource characteristics, the mount of population is too large,the arable land is little, the arable land reserve resources and per capita land resources is a serious shortage,the contradiction between people and land is very sharp.Therefore, find a solution to both fit the regional characteristics, but also gain the maximize benefits in land use under the constraints of the best land-use functional partitioning scheme, promote the land resource using is intensive, efficient and sustainable, become the urgent subject which is indeed need to be slove in land science.This paper starting from the connotation of land-use function zoning, on the basis of review the history land use,investigate the theoretical basis, the basic principlesof the functional partitionsand the partitioning methods, take Qianjiang City, Hubei Province as the study area,after a comprehensive analysis to the ecological environment, regional economic development and land use status,take the qualitative and quantitative methods, data analysis using SPSS software, the township as a research unit, Qianjiang City is divided into four land use partitions which are contain a central urban area, a focus on the development area, development of ecological agriculture, natural ecosystems coordination area.On the basis of analyze of each functional partition in land use characteristics,the development direction,the ecological environment and socio-economic level,formulate the land use control measures of every district, to provide effective guidance for the sustainable development in land-use.The functional zoning of land use is to implement scientific outlook on development space, in our country macroscopical adjusting control by the industrial control area control under the big background, from space refinement and implementation of national regional development strategy thought, is the" eleven five" plan to put forward the optimized development area, key development area, restricted development region, the prohibition of the development area in four types of land use function area division method of improvement and development, this is the one big characteristic and innovation.
