Power enterprise is an important infrastructure industries and utilities that can protect national economic development, social harmony and improve people’s living quality. After the 2015"New electricity reform" program issued, the focus of the business’ way changes from the main way to meet the electricity needs to optimize resource allocation. At the same time, facing the industry-wide transformation of economic development and complex external environment, operational mechanism and management model have an increasingly prominent conflict with the increasing development requirements of power grid, that bring pressure to power’s development. In order to improve operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives, power enterprises need to further strengthen the behavior control, correctly handle the synergistic relationship between investment and benefit, business and strategic objectives, and make scientific management decisions to achieve the greatest efficiency.Based on this, the paper analyzes the status quo of power enterprise management, studies the management decision-making optimization and calculation models. First, introduce the system dynamics theory and explore the applicability of the system dynamics for power business management. Secondly, carding the business indicators, build articulation between financial indicators, and establish business optimization model based on the key financial indicators for the objective constraints, then verify the robustness of the model by numerical examples. Thirdly, with the best view of the economic and integrated technology, use the system dynamics analysis software Vensim to build four key financial indicators calculation module which include total corporate profits of supply, the analog added economic value, the unit cost of electricity and the electricity sales of ten thousand yuan in fixed assets, then achieve the technical and economic calculations and dynamic adjustment. Finally, based on the existing problems of business management, design management control program, and provide the corresponding security recommendations, then propose appropriate recommendations to provide the decision support for optimization of business management.The research provides a reference for the supply business decision management, which is conducive to business coordination of special programs, optimize resource allocation, enhance the ability of business management, and achieve good economic and social benefits.
